When you think about seeking the care you or your loved one needs, what frustrates you the most? Is it finding the right doctor in network, struggling to get an immediate appointment, spending too much time waiting in the doctor’s office, or worrying about the co-pay? If you’re thinking, “All of the above” you are not alone.

When you partner with Call A Doctor Plus, you don’t have to worry about any of these things. Because, while we also offer a comprehensive suite of Telehealth services, our core focus is on keeping people physically healthy and laying the foundation for optimal total health. And, that’s why we make access to quality, affordable physician care quick, easy and convenient.

But, what does this really mean? We provide our users with phone, video or mobile app access to licensed physicians, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You call a doctor, any time of day or night from wherever you’re located, and within 10 minutes, on average, you’re connected. No more waiting rooms or scheduling appointments. And, no more worrying that the ER is your only option during off hours.

When we say quality care, we mean it. All network doctors are U.S. Board Certified and State Licensed with an average of 15 years of in-office experience. They are local doctors, there to answer your questions, diagnose and even prescribe medication when necessary.

We also eliminate the concerns of “How much is this going to cost?” because there are no fees or per-call charges to use our program. That’s right – no co-pays and no deductibles. It’s all included in your membership with Call A Doctor Plus.

You’ll experience unlimited access to our Telemedicine program, powered by Teladoc, and to our discount program. Teladoc is what gives you 24/7 access to doctors in minutes. And, our FREE pharmacy discount card can help you save on vision and dental care, and up to 75% on prescriptions at over 50,000 pharmacies nationwide.

But, we don’t stop there. Our program covers yourself and up to five additional family members at no extra cost. So, you can rest easy knowing that you and your loved ones are all covered.

At Call A Doctor Plus, we believe that when people have easy access to quality care, they are on a better and faster road to recovery. And, when their loved ones are able to receive the care they need when they need it, other more serious health conditions can often be avoided.

So, what sets us apart from other Telemedicine programs out there?

Call A Doctor Plus understands that Telehealth only works if people use it. And, driving program use is what we do better than anyone in the industry, and ultimately what maximizes value to individuals and to employer groups. Our offer of $0 co-pays and per-call charges is not something you’ll see just anywhere. But, our extensive account support and communication is what amplifies the value and ease of our platform. From unique pre-launch starter kits, welcome calls, on-site “get acquainted” events, posters and emails to timely seasonal reminders, no other Telehealth partner does more to drive engagement. While carrier-sponsored plans are floundering at average utilization of 5%, Call a Doctor Plus is excelling with utilization levels of over 50% with our powerful, proven approach.

The world of healthcare is evolving, and we plan to stay at the forefront by providing best-in-class services so that our users can remain as physically, mentally and financially healthy as possible.

Still have questions about our Telemedicine program and how it works, here are some common questions that we can help answer.

Exactly how does it work?

  1. When you first use the program, you’ll be required to complete your medical history online, by phone or by fax prior to requesting a consultation.
  2. Once enrolled, you’ll always be able to simply login to your account or call Teladoc, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to request a telephone or video consultation.
  3. A board-certified physician, licensed in your state reviews your medical history and provides consultation over the phone or through video, just like an in-person visit. You can expect to wait about 10 minutes before receiving a call-back. Once you are in contact with your doctor, simply speak to them about your issue.
  4. The doctor will recommend the right treatment for your medical issue. If a prescription is necessary, it is sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice.
  5. You’ll receive a follow up email to ensure that you received the care you needed and see if you have any additional feedback on your experience.
  6. You’re on your way to better health!
